VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITY AT ROSEDALE.  Are you looking for a rewarding volunteer opportunity?   The Rosedale Center in the Bronx is looking for college students and professional women to mentor high school students about their academic work, high school class choices and college preparation plans in a one-on-one setting.

Our ANNUAL FUNDRAISER held on Oct 18, 2009 was a great success.   In addition to the generous support received for MHI’s programs, it provided a fun filled afternoon with family and friends on a Spirit Cruise of the lower Hudson River.  Thanks to all who made this event possible.  


MHI will celebrate its 10th anniversary in 2010.  To mark this milestone we are planning a day long conference for April 24, 2010.   Look for more details in the weeks ahead about this important event.
