Beverly Karnell Beverly Karnell, is a designer and the founder of Karnell Designs. Combining her love of art and fashion with her true passion for fashion design, Ms. Karnell started out with a small accessory line of hats and scarves before moving onto a clothing line of her own. While she currently manages business from home, hosting private Trunk Shows for her clients, Beverly is planning to open the doors to Karnell Designs private studio in 2006.
