Ellen Galinsky is President and Co-Founder
of Families and Work Institute, a non-profit organization that conducts
research on the changing family, changing workforce and changing community.
Ms. Galinsky is the author of over 30 books and reports, including Ask
the Children, selected by The Wall Street Journal as one
of the best work-life books of 1999. She has published more than 100 articles
in academic journals, books, and magazines.
Jessica
DeGroot is President and Founder of the non-profit ThirdPath
Institute. ThirdPath’s mission is providing individuals and organizations
21st century work-life solutions that are good for families, communities
and organizations. Ms. DeGroot has been featured in national and local
media including Working Mother and Fast Company magazines,
and she has published in The Harvard Business Review.
Mary
Hunt is President and Co-founder of HomeAdvantage Plus, a consulting
firm that offers home management solutions for blending work and personal
life. HomeAdvantage provides education designed to enhance individual
effectiveness and employee satisfaction by addressing the home management
aspects of integrating work and family life. A member of the management
faculty at Lexington College, Chicago, Ms. Hunt has over fifteen years
of experience facilitating management and human resources solutions.
